| The Impossible Vegan: Classic Vegan Baked Goods by Kristen Reyes
|
|
|
This is the dessert zine that has perfected the classics as well as a few decadent favorites vegan-style! Perfected cheesecake, Dirt Cake!, and delicious tiramisu. Kristen is a friend of Vegan Actions from Richmond that really makes the best vegan chocolate chip cookies we've ever had. She has moved on to NYC to bake up the vegan goodies but we are so glad she left us this zine.

This zine is at least twelve years
old right out of California. It is still photocopied and distributed
regularly by loyal fans. "Over 55 all-bad-for-you vegan recipes
and personal rants on just about everything." You get the
personal, the political, and great vegan recipes for cakes, frostings,
pies & cobblers, cookies, and great breakfast treats like delicious
coffee cake and (my favorite) scones. |
