Vegan Action is in need of your help today!

Our long outdated computer is in dire need of replacement. A computer is extremely important for the administration of our campaigns, maintaining contact with our supporters, researching important animals law issues, creating new literature, and maintaining our informative website, vegan.org. Vegan Action need to raise $1,500 immediately to cover the cost of purchasing a new mac computer plus software upgrades and licensing. Please give what you can today. Your donation will help Vegan Action in our effort to raise awareness about the benefits of a vegan diet and the suffering of farm animals used in food production.

Ask Trader Joe's to stop selling eggs from caged hens

National grocery store chain Trader Joe's has thus far refused to enact a policy to stop selling eggs from hens confined in tiny wire coops called battery cages. Egg-laying hens in battery cages are the most intensively confined animal in the United States, each bird living in a space smaller than that of a sheet of paper. Trader Joe's competitors, Whole Foods and Wild Oats, have both agreed to stop selling eggs from battery-caged hens.

Please take go here to find out what actions you can do to help persuade Trader Joe's to stop supporting battery-cage cruelty.
